Born: 10 September 1962, Ljubljana.

Education: 1969-1977 F. Rozman Stane Primary School, Preska pri Medvodah, 1977-1981 Ljubljana-Šentvid Grammar School, 1981-1985 Faculty of Law, Ljubljana, 1986-1988 Trainee at Ljubljana Higher Court, 1988 National Lawyers' Examination

Knowledge and skills:  PC use, knowledge of English (active), German (passive), Serbo-Croatian (good).

Career: Legal aid at the ZSSS City Council, Ljubljana and district (1988-1990), lawyer at the Slovenian Metalworking and Electrical Industry Union - SKEI (1991-1998), Organisational and Legal Affairs Secretary at SKEI (1998-2006), President of SKEI (2006-).

Other experience: Member of the Administrative Board of the Employment Service of Slovenia, member of the Assembly of the Pension and Disability Insurance Institute, work in various environments and societies, publication of specialist articles, manuals for union work, lectures to union officials in the field of employment and union work.
